the only downside was the room lacked a dishwasher. but the spacious balcony had stunning views. staff were very welcoming and the buffet meals exceeded our expectations. loved the elegant restaurant experience too!

during my stay, I enjoyed stunning views from my top-floor suite and took full advantage of the short walk to Cala Fornells, just over 2 km away, where I loved relaxing by the beach and trying out local seafood at nearby restaurants.

Waking up to gorgeous views was an unforgettable experience! The staff went above and beyond, providing extra cushions by the pool for extra comfort during sunny afternoons. Highly recommend the indoor pools too!

The numerous stairs can be a workout, making it challenging for families with strollers. The restaurant's dinner menu could've included more vegetarian options as well.

The staff were incredibly attentive during our entire stay, making us feel welcomed. The suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated and offered some of the best views of the sea. We appreciated the ease of getting taxis, ensuring quick access to nearby attractions.

One thing I noticed was the lack of coffee pods for the machine in our room.

No issues, fulfills its purpose. Excellent staff professionalism with very helpful recommendations. Lovely garden area with direct sea access.

We had a sweet as view of the turquoise bay from our spacious balcony, but getting to the beach was a real workout with all those steep steps. Chur for the comfy rooms!

the view from our suite was spectacular, overlooking the turquoise bay. the newly renovated rooms with sliding doors for privacy were perfect for our family. we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a great selection of fruits, far exceeding our expectations from past stays.

The snack menu was decent but could use more variety.

The garden suite provided constant privacy with dark curtains, but the wall view was disappointing.

The views from many of the suites are breathtaking, providing a prime spot to unwind with a drink on the spacious balcony. I particularly appreciated the kitchen area with fresh utensils, which allowed for some easy meals during our stay, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly extensive, keeping the mornings interesting.

Getting to the sea can be a bit tricky—felt like a workout just trying to find a decent access point without risking life and limb. The overall soundproofing in my room wasn't up to par. I could hear every little footstep and family squabble next door, which made for some unwanted late-night entertainment. the spa facilities were nice, but the indoor pool was a bit on the chilly side, which isn't ideal when you’re trying to relax. If you're thinking of dining there during lunch, prepare for a limited menu so don’t expect much variety. The steps around the hotel aren't exactly stroller-friendly either, so you might want to pack some extra energy for those builds. Parking can get a little dicey too, especially during peak season when spots are hard to come by.
